While participating in a coaching program called Strategic Coach in the 1990's, I remember being told there were really only 4 basic instructions to receive referrals in business. Seems to me they might be the basics for success in my entire life.
1) Say "Please" and "Thank You".
2) Finish what you start.
3) Do what you say.
4) Show up on time.
Maybe this is all I need to teach my children to build a happy life....
